1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Famiglia Smart ("the Service"), you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Famiglia Smart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of the Service

Famiglia Smart is a digital platform that allows households to manage and coordinate:

• Shared appointments and calendars
• Medication and therapy management
• Document archiving (medical reports, prescriptions)
• Vitals and daily logbook
• Family expenses management
• Rides and transport coordination
• AI features for analyzing receipts and reports (Premium plan)

3. Account and Responsibilities

To use the Service you must create an account providing truthful and updated information. The user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities carried out via their account
• The accuracy of the data entered, especially health data
• Immediately notifying any unauthorized access

5. Plans and Payments

The Service offers a free plan with essential features and a paid Premium plan with advanced AI-based features.

• Premium plan prices are shown in the Pricing section of the app
• Payment is a monthly subscription, automatically renewable
• The user can cancel the subscription at any time from Settings
• No refunds are provided for partial usage periods

6. Intellectual Property

All Service content (text, graphics, logos, source code) is the exclusive property of Famiglia Smart and is protected by copyright law. Data entered by the user remains the exclusive property of the user.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court will be the place of residence of the consumer, pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
