Welcome to Famiglia Smart. Your trust is everything to us, especially when it comes to sensitive information regarding your family's health.

Our Promise on Health Data

Health data (medications, medical reports, conditions) entered on Famiglia Smart are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and encryption.

Golden Rule:

Your health data and personal documents WILL NEVER BE sold, transferred, or shared with third parties (like insurance companies, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, or advertising agencies) for commercial or profiling purposes.

What Data We Collect

We only collect essential data for the operation of the service:

  • Basic data: Name, email, provided during registration.
  • Family data: Links between accounts within the same "Family".
  • Health Data (Sensitive): Information on medications, dosages, and medical reports uploaded exclusively by you. These require your explicit consent during registration.

Security and "Safe"

The platform uses Row Level Security (RLS) policies at the database level. This means that health-related records can be viewed and modified exclusively by members belonging to your family.

Personal files (photos, medical report PDFs) are stored in "Private Buckets". There are no public URLs to your files; access is regulated by strong authentication and sensitive files are made available via temporary signed and encrypted links upon opening.

The "Right to Be Forgotten" (Deletion)

In compliance with GDPR, you have full control over your data. In the application Settings you will find the "Delete Account and Data" button.

By clicking that button (and typing "DELETE" to confirm and avoid accidental deletions), our system will:

  • Permanently delete your profile.
  • Physically destroy all files uploaded to our servers.
  • Bulk remove all family associations, events, and prescriptions linked to you.

Nothing will be kept on archive for hidden purposes. Everything is deleted instantly.
